Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The natural beauty surrounding the place is truly stunning, and the pools, heated with natural hot springs, are a nice feature. However, the service was lacking, especially at the front desk, and the dining options were somewhat limited in variety. The room improvements needed left a bit to be desired, and the overall impression was that the hotel could do much better in terms of customer service.
We had an enjoyable stay at the resort, primarily thanks to the beautiful surroundings and the fantastic local tours offered through Frank’s Tours. However, the hotel itself could use some renovations, particularly in the rooms and dining options. The service was mostly friendly, though the front desk staff could be more approachable. Overall, it was a decent value for what we paid, but there's definitely room for improvement.
The hotel boasts beautiful natural surroundings and a variety of pools, but several issues held back the overall experience. The rooms were comfortable, but some maintenance problems detracted from the stay. Additionally, while the restaurant had a spacious layout, the dining options lacked variety, and the staff service could be hit or miss.
The hotel presents a beautiful setting surrounded by nature with several pools and hot tubs to enjoy. However, there were several shortcomings during our stay, including water and maintenance issues in our rooms. While the restaurant ambiance was lovely, the food offered was average and lacked variety. Overall, it was an okay experience but could use improvements in cleanliness and service consistency.
We had an incredible time at this hotel during our honeymoon! The thermal pools were amazing, and the volcanic mud massages at the spa were a highlight. The location in the lush surroundings was stunning, and we enjoyed a unique boat tour with a knowledgeable guide. However, there were a few downsides, such as some aging infrastructure and less-than-ideal room assignments.
